Lead Times

Most orders are despatched within 2-3 days, if we have the items in stock.
Some orders may take 9-10 days approx if we are waiting for deliveries of stock to come in. 
Personalised engraved metal & embroidered gifts take approx 8-9 days.
Personalised glass and ceramic gifts take approx 10 days.
Personalised favours take approx 14 days.
Handmade bridal jewellery takes approx 10 to 12 days.

If you require your order urgently please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our utmost to expedite for you as requested. Please email us prior to ordering if you would like to know the availability and lead time of a particular product.

Payment Information

Payment can be made by Paypal or credit or laser card via our online shop - Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.  Paypal is a secure and popular method of tranferring money electronically between users and is owned by Ebay. The credit card and laser card is also a secure system operated by World Net.

Postage and Packaging

We deliver Nationwide in Ireland using either An Post or Nightline  couriers, depending on the weight of the order. We offer one flat rate of €6.50 for all our orders within Ireland . This will automatically be added to the total price in your shopping cart at the end of your shopping trip.

International Shipping. We welcome orders from outside Ireland, the carriage rates are  standard flat rates. The carriage to the UK is €18.25, the carriage to Europe is €22.00 and the carriage to everywhere else is € 28.00. The carriage rates will be automatically added to your shopping cart and your goods will be sent by parcel post. Once your order is ready to leave an email will be sent. Any local customs incurred by customers outside Ireland will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Cancellations

If you change your mind :

You have the right to return goods (with the exception of items which have been made to order) without giving a reason , within a 7 day (cooling off) period from date of receipt. If you return goods as detailed, within 7 days , we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. Goods must be received in their original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition with the order details and address enclosed. Goods not received back in an acceptable condition may be refused. We recommend that you use some form of Recorded Postage when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us.

Faulty / Defective / Incorrect Goods Received:

Faulty or defective goods can be returned and a full refund will be given. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. It is very important to inspect the parcel upon receipt to ensure that there is enough lead time if you choose to replace the order in time for your wedding. Simply return the damaged goods using a recorded parcel delivery service and we will issue a replacement or a refund as required by the customer.

Incorrect Quantity received:

Please notify us within 5 working days if there is a shortfall in the quantity we have sent.

General Points

All About Weddings reserve the right to refuse an order. All prices are in Euro. All About Weddings reserve the right to monitor and change the prices on the web site, however, the prices at which you order will be the prices you are charged.

Orders can be delivered anywhere in Ireland.

Privacy Policy

All About Weddings will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell or redistribute information that you provide to us to any other companies or organizations.

The Customer must disclose their identify and reveal the nature of the product/service to be advertised, to www.allaboutweddings.ie and failing to comply with this request will result in www.allaboutweddings.ie cancelling the Service in which case no claim for breach of contract shall arise.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all text and photos and ensuring that all text is correct and that the photos are the customer’s property and that they have the right to publish them.
